What will we be doing?

Fear of public speaking is essentially a perception. For a reason that we usually cannot consciously explain, we perceive the situation as threatening.

We fear making a fool of ourselves. We fear being laughed at. We fear making a mistake. We fear that our speech will be boring and the audience will walk out. We fear for our reputation.

This perception triggers a series of unwanted stress reactions in us, such as extreme nervousness, body tension, difficulty breathing, sweating. All of these reactions severely limit our ability to think straight and to deliver a good speech.

The aim of our session is to change your perception of public speaking. By the end of the session, you should no longer feel threatened by the thought of speaking in front of a group of people, or getting up on stage, and you should feel complete peace when you think about it.

As a result, you will no longer trigger the stress-related reactions and you will remain completely calm whenever you think of speaking in public, or when you are doing it.

Your brain will be in a hemispherically synchronized state, and the fear of public speaking should be removed.

You may also see changes affecting other areas of your life. Once you have removed your fear of public speaking, other areas of your life that are related to this problem will change. Many people become more self-confident, and are more likely to speak up where they previously would have not.

How many sessions do I need?

For the vast majority of people, one session is enough. Most people already notice changes during the session itself, immediately afterwards, or in the following days. The process continues automatically over the hours, days and weeks after the session.

Will I need more sessions later on?

Once your fear of public speaking is removed, you are ok. The fear will never return. So you will not need any further session.

Where does the session take place?

Wherever you feel most comfortable. We will send you a Zoom link to connect to at the time of the session. Find a quiet place where you are comfortable and won’t be disturbed for an 1 – 1.5 hours.

Does this really work?

We have successfully worked with hundreds of people. Just follow the instructions and do the exercises correctly.
